Jackson Denton, SVP in the Philadelphia office of Minneapolis-based NorthMarq Capital, arranged the financing through its correspondent relationship with Aetna. The property owner is 1303 Wright's Lane Associates LP. Among the tenants are Citco Mutual Fund Services, a Netherlands-based company with US headquarters in New York City and 17 offices worldwide, and HMP Communications, a medical information publisher.
The building is located on a parcel of land that is part of a condominium, which Denton says made it a "challenging transaction." The Philadelphia office is one of 28 NorthMarq regional offices nationwide. The mortgage banking firm provides more than $8 billion in annual transactional volume and services a loan portfolio of more than $24 billion.
