The property is currently just under 97% leased, according to Rockwood officials.

Wall Towne Center's market area in Monmouth County has proximity to the Jersey Shore. According to Rockwood officials, the average household income within a three-mile radius is more than $87,000 and the number of households within a one-mile radius grew at an average of 4.4% per year over the past decade.
