In the Ontario transaction, Jordan Richman of Grubb & Ellis reports that Prime A Investment LLC of Victorville bought a parcel of nearly 3.8 acres near the Ontario Convention Center as a site for a new Holiday Inn, which was approved by the Ontario City Council on Sept. 9. The parcel is at the junction of Holt Boulevard and Convention Way in a complex that includes two office buildings and a Marie Callender's restaurant. The property was sold by Atlanta-based Lodgian Inc., with Richman representing the seller and Prime A Investment representing itself.
