As an associate, Pamplin will oversee all of Staubach's tenant representation activity, including areas of client customer service, soliciting new business activity, account and deal management, financial analysis and closing deals.
In a hectic initiation period, between Hurricane Charley in early August and the recent Hurricane Ivan, Pamplin closed a five-year, 3,600-sf lease for National Storm Management Services Inc. at Northlake Business Park in suburban Altamonte Springs.
Prior to his stint at Trammell Crow where he was a broker associate, Pamplin was business development manager at Digitalowl Inc. in Orlando for one year; senior contracts manager at CDI Technical Services in Fort Lauderdale from 1997 to 2000; and was a senior recruiter at Aerotek Inc. in Nashville from 1995 to 1997.
He is a licensed Florida real estate associate an a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor of science degree in criminology and a minor in communications.
