In another Irvine transaction, the law firm of Brown & Streza leased 12,852 sf of office space at 8105 Irvine Center Drive for its corporate headquarters. Brown & Streza is slated to occupy the building in December upon completion of tenant improvements, according to Doug Mathews of Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office, who represented the firm. Mathews reports that Brown & Streza will be relocating from 9,000 sf of leased space elsewhere in Irvine. The landlord, The Irvine Co., represented itself.
