"AMB Property Corp. is a long-term client of ours," Schechter says. "Teamex needed additional space, and this facility satisfied their requirements to remain in the area."
The tenant operates a repair center for electronics and for cell phones. The building, situated on 1.7 acres, offered a warehouse and distribution facility that included 20,000 sf of air-conditioned space, according to Schechter.
