Trammell Crow Creates New Position to Handle Growth

Vaughn comes to Crow from the Maitland, FL office of Denver-based First Data Corp./Risk Management Services where he was a senior business development manager. He has 14 years of national corporate sales and business development experience. In his new position, Vaughn will direct strategic business development for all aspects of corporate advisory services in Central Florida.

Paul Ellis, a TCC principal and North Florida area director, is counting on Vaughn's background to boost Crow's production in the coming months. "His expertise in complex business solutions will be especially beneficial to our corporate clients," Ellis says. Vaughn is a graduate of Florida A&M University where he major in political science and public administration.

Strader will focus primarily on corporate business development and analytical support. He is a Purdue University graduate with a master's degree in economics. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Florida.
