In a transaction in Rancho Cucamonga, Grubb & Ellis reports that the Wilkins Family Trust, a San Dimas-based construction company and developer, purchased a 22,600-sf industrial building on 2.4 acres for $1.8 million. Wilkins plans to renovate the building, which is located at 9359 Feron Blvd., and put it on the market for lease. The company also plans to build an additional building on the excess land.Milo Lipson and Randy Lockhart of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office represented the buyer, with the seller, an Orange County-based private investor, represented by Mark Kegans and Ron Washle of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office and Troy Williams of the firm's Anaheim office.
