In a transaction in Rancho Cucamonga, Grubb & Ellis reports that the Wilkins Family Trust, a San Dimas-based construction company and developer, purchased a 22,600-sf industrial building on 2.4 acres for $1.8 million. Wilkins plans to renovate the building, which is located at 9359 Feron Blvd., and put it on the market for lease.
