Johnson Properties LLC, marking its eighth buy in Dallas/Fort Worth, picked up 4646 Bronze Way, net leased for the long term to Arlington Manufacturing Ltd., a machine shop that manufactures hydraulic cylinders, Greg Morris with Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington tells GlobeSt.com. "It's a straight-up investment," says Morris, who brokered the buy side along with the firm's president, David R. Dunn. Morris says 1031 Exchange funds from a California sale were teamed with new debt to make the close.
Cary Krier with Colliers International's Dallas office represented the Dallas-based seller, Maylar LP, which acquired the two-warehouse holding on 4.2 acres about three years ago. The property is assessed at $1.4 million by Dallas Central Appraisal District.
