ATLANTA-The estimated $125 million, 10-acre project at Peachtree and Piedmont Roads already has 215,000 sf pre-leased with four major tenants. Ground-breaking is set for mid-2005 with tentative completion by mid-2007. The building will be Buckhead's first office tower since 2001.
