The Corona transaction was one of several industrial deals to close recently in Orange County and the Inland Empire involving small investors and owner-users. In Orange, a private individual acquired a 21,517-sf industrial building at535 W. Walnut from the Rethwisch Family Trust for $2.2 million. Brian Williams of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented the buyer, with Greg Diab of Lee & Associates representing the seller.
In another deal in Orange, Dave Bang Associates purchased a 10,185-sf industrial property at 1885 N. Main St. from two individual investors for $1.2 million. Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit's Anaheim Metro office representedthe sellers. The buyer, which manufactures playground equipment, was represented by Steve Eberle of the Eberle Co.
