Hester has participated in redevelopment projects in Kansas, Wyoming, San Diego, Salt Lake City and Denver. In Central Florida, he worked with Eustis planners on a master plan study to redevelop that Lake County city whose Downtown faces Lake Eustis.
Hester is an active member of the Washington, DC-based Urban Land Institute and served for five years on the ULI Colorado executive committee in Denver. He plans to continue his ULI association through the group's Orlando district council.
Canin Associates, headed by Brian C. Canin, has participated in numerous Downtown and suburban Orlando commercial real estate projects over the past 20 years.
