Nine of the 42 units will be available to buyers qualifying under the city's affordable housing program. The units in the four-story building will be a mix of two- and three-bedroom condominiums. The project also includes 100 underground parking spaces.
The tax increment financing proposal is expected to be approved this month by the city council.
