Newmark Markets 84,000-SF Office Building

For Newmark, managing principals Paul Giannone and James Scanlon, and managing director James Sousa of the firm's Woodbridge office are heading the assignment. The facility is occupied through April 2005 by the business solutions and systems group of Sony Electronics Inc.

"The building is already generating significant interest," says Scanlon. "It was recently renovated and has class A building amenities and infrastructure required of a modern corporate tenant." Located just off the Garden State Parkway, the building's corporate neighbors include BMW North America, Mercedes-Benz USA, Hewlett Packard and AG Edwards.
