Trip Hoffman, director, and Jodie Dostal, associate director, of Cushman & Wakefield and exclusive leasing agents at NordenPark, represented the building ownership, Norden Park LLC, a partnership of Greenfield Partners, Spinnaker Real Estate Partners and Summit Development. CompHealth, represented by Dean Shapiro and Larry Rieder of CB Richard Ellis, will relocate from 25 Van Zandt in Norwalk.

In addition, Norden Systems expanded its presence at the property to 405,000 sf of space by leasing 16,000 sf on the lower level of the building. The third lease transaction was with Mreal, a paper supplier, which leased 6,293 sf in a seven-year deal for a new paper showroom and test center on the lower level of the building. The company, headquartered at 30 Merritt 7 in Norwalk, will relocate its distribution site from Wayne, NJ. John Zervos of DVB Commercial Realty represented Mreal.

Cushman officials say that the brokerage firm has been primarily targeting small to mid-sized companies in Fairfield County and the surrounding area to lease space at the NordenPark complex. Approximately 67,000 sf of office and flex space is available for lease at NordenPark. Major tenants in the building include: Norden Systems, a division of Northrop Grumman Corp.; Tauck World Tours; Custom Phone; and Gibbs College.

NordenPark is located on 80 acres between exits 16 and 17 off Interstate 95. Among the amenities at the complex include: tennis courts, a softball field, a walking and jogging track, video conference center, fitness center and cafe.
