"The building has a history of strong leasing, and we are already seeing a great deal of interest in the space," says Graham, who's handling the assignment along with Jeremy Neuer, Joseph Sarno and Jon Marks of the firm's Iselin office. "This particular availability is extraordinarily flexible.
"It has units of various sizes, divisible to 4,000 sf," he continues. "With its heavy power, high ceilings and heavy floor load capacity, it is suited for another lab tenant, or can easily be converted for pure office usage. Additional space can also be made available within the building."
