The tenant was represented by Eric Witmondt, CEO, and John K. Cunningham, SVP, of GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany. The building owner, local partnership MPCC II LLC, was represented by Tom Means of the Freehold-based Byron Real Estate, who has the exclusive for the complex. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.

"The fact that the company is growing and required additional space within the facility is good news for the local economy and reflects the ongoing strength of the medical sector in New Jersey," Witmondt says.

Monmouth Park Corporate Center is a two-building, 618,000-sf complex on Route 36 here. Built in the mid-60s to house an electronics firm, it was expanded and converted into a multi-tenant facility a number of years ago.
