Ira Bloom, director of leasing for Kushner Properties, the company's commercial real estate division, negotiated the transaction. Further details of the signing were not disclosed. Road-Con, a family-owned operation, has been at the location for the past 15 years.
"Their long-term commitment to this site is indicative of the quality and convenience of this building," Bloom says. "We recently added a new roof as part of our commitment to the building."
The building, one of the few large warehouses in the region, is near most of Northern New Jersey's major highways, including I-287, Routes 4, 17 and 208 and the Garden State Parkway.
