In another Inland Empire deal, a Palm Springs-based private investor purchased Coral Isle, a nine-acre mobile home park at 9426 Tamarisk Ave. in Hesperia, for $2.8 million. The 70-space park was built in the late 1960s and was 100% occupied at the time of sale. Jason Phillips of the Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer, with the seller, the Keith Group LLC of Burbank, represented by Dan Dickson of the G&E Ontario office.
