In the second transaction, Ralph Allen & Partners, an architectural firm specializing in public building design, acquired an 18,790-sf building at 2400 Pullman St. from an individual investor for $2.4 million. The seller was represented by John Collins of Voit's Irvine office, with the buyer represented by Allen Lukei of Lukei & Associates.
In the third deal, Dacon Systems, a custom wire and cable manufacturer, acquired a 10,656-sf building at 2720 Shannon St. from Quirk Management for $1.3 million. The buyer and the seller were represented by Jeff Mitchell and Greg Velastegui of Voit's Irvine office.
