Poole has 19 years of experience in the construction business. At Advantis, he will oversee business development, recruiting, project management and pre-construction activities. Poole comes to Advantis from WH Bass General contractors Inc. where he was senior project manager. He previously worked at Moore & Moore General Contractors Inc. as director of field operations.
Poole began his construction career in Amherst, NY after graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo, NY with a bachelor of professional science degree in architecture. In western New York, Poole was a senior project manager and estimator for Kulback's Construction Co. in Depew, NY and is a former vice president for the Wiedemer Sales Corp. in Orchard Park, NY.
