According to Alton Evans, vice president of sales and marketing for the Red Bank, NJ-based Kalian, Carriage Park is offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom units with 13 different floor plans. Pre-construction sales have been launched for the project, which will feature a 6,200-sf clubhouse facility and a number of recreational amenities.
Carriage Park is one of three projects Kalian is currently working on. The others are Encore Monroe, a 394-home active adult community in Monroe Twp., NJ, being done as a joint-venture with WCI Spectrum Communities LLC, and Saw Creek Estates in Pennsylvania's Poconos.
