The Leider Group and Blair Hayes in aggregate completed $120 million in sales and $22 million in leases in 57 transactions through Sept. 30. Some of the prominent deals executed by the Leider Group include the $48-million sale of La Cumbre Plaza in Santa Barbara, the development and leasing of the 500,000-sf Camino Real Marketplace in Goleta, the sale of Santa Barbara Business Park in Goleta, and the sale of the historic Granada building in Downtown Santa Barbara. Blair Hayes has represented the area's two largest local developers, the Towbes Group and Bermant Development, as well as many national and regional firms. Hayes and DeJohn represented the Towbes Group in leasing two buildings totaling 129,000 sf in a $26-million transaction, and the firm also represented Raytheon in the $41-million sale of its Goleta E Systems campus to Bermant Development Co.
