Wacker Dr. Prime Group Realty Trust and State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio own the 959,699-sf building overlooking the Chicago River, which is 94% leased. CB Richard Ellis first vice president Mark Keebler and senior associate Brad Serot represented Nomura Securities in negotiations with Prime Group Realty Trust executive vice president Steven R. Baron.
In the West Loop, Active Health Management signed a 4,993-sf lease at 123 N. Wacker Dr. Jack McKinney Jr. of JF McKinney represented Dallas-based Prentiss Properties Trust in negotiations with Tom Callahan of Podolsky Northstar.
