PORTLAND-Nearly 740,000 sf of net absorption in the third quarter pushes region-wide vacancy down 150 basis points, the largest single quarter drop in almost a decade. Nearly every submarket experienced a net absorption of space during the quarter, combining for a total of 739,000 sf.
