Quattrochi comes to the Coldwell Banker group from Shared Technologies Cellular Inc./TeleCell Corp. of Wetherfield, CT where he was president and CEO. Prior to that position, he served as vice president of business development for Shared Technologies Inc./Shared Technologies Fairchild/Shared Technologies of Canada.
In the mid-1980's and early 1990's, Quattrochi was a sales associates at Trammell Crow Co. and later was a principal with Pearson Development and Construction Co. He is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
Quattrochi has a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University in Villanova, PA. He also attended graduate courses in the masters of business administration program at the Hartford Graduate Center at the University of Hartford in Connecticut.
Quattrochi says the new division is "strongly positioned locally and nationally to provide corporate clients a turnkey solution in fulfilling all the requirements for their real estate needs." He says the division will "focus on asset management, cost effective alternatives with upsizing or downsizing, land acquisition, relocation services and assistance with the purchase, sale or lease of their properties."
Coldwell Banker Commercial Nicholson Williams ranks third among commercial real estate companies in Northeast Florida and posted $120.4 million in aggregate sales in 2003, says company founder and president Nick Nicholson.
