SAN FRANCISCO-Average vacancy in the Bay Area apartment market is expected to end the year at 5.3%, with San Francisco properties on track to end the year at 4.5% and Oakland-area properties on track to close out the year at about 6%, according to the latest market report from Marcus & Millichap.
