Locally based Windside Industrial Group acquired the 27,000-sf industrial/office building at 6475 Ruch Rd. Marketing Partners, also based here, purchased the 12,500-sf office/warehouse facility at 6583 Ruch Rd. Frank T. Smith of Summit Management and Realty Co., which is based in Allentown, represented the seller in both transactions.
In an unrelated transaction, also negotiated by Summit, the American Cancer Society leased 3,500 sf at 3893 Adler Place in the three-building Bethlehem Office Commons in Hanover Township. Terms of the lease are undisclosed. Matt Dorman and Jessica Goffredo of Summit brokered the deal.
