According to David Richards, a principal of Richards and Robbins, his company has also given the exclusive marketing and leasing assignment for the asset to Trammell Crow Co. The latter's Robert Sager, senior vice president, and Larry Maister, vice president, are heading the assignment. Located on 7.5 acres, the building is being offered in units of 11,200 sf and up.
"Runnemede Corporate Center is located at Exit 3 of the New Jersey Turnpike, between the multi-tenant flex and services market of Exit 4 and the big-box, heavy distribution market of Exit 2," Richards says. "We have the ability to provide a package to meet most tenant requirements."
Runnemede Corporate Center currently has a total of 237,000 sf of industrial/flex space. The 60-acre site has a total build-out capacity of more than 400,000 sf, according to Richards, and site zoning allows for office, industrial, flex, W/D, assembly and retail uses. Current tenants include DHL, the Visiting Nurse Service Association, Owens corning, Colortronic, Sears, the Kessler Institute, Swets Information Services, Reliable Miller Casket Co. and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
