SEATTLE-The locally-based restaurant group says it will open two new Puget Sound establishments early next year. Above its El Gaucho steakhouse in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, it will open its first hotel in January. In the new Rainier Pacific Building in Downtown Tacoma, its seventh restaurant will open in March.
