The sale was orchestrated for the Teaneck, NJ-based Key Properties by the Florham Park, NJ office of Trammell Crow Co. Involved in the transaction were senior vice president Kenneth Flynn and senior associate Neal Heinze.
"The sale was a win-win situation for both our company and the township," says Marc Schlussel, a founder of Key Properties. "In particular, the residents of Parsippany are the main beneficiaries, as they now have a home for their new library."
The building is situated on a 5.31-acre site with room for future expansion. "The township is going to have a terrific new library at a great location," Flynn says.
