Steptoe & Johnson's more than 400 attorneys practice in a wide range of fields. The firm's lease joins a number of recent office space renewals, including a renewal and expansion by the insurance firm Entertainment Brokers International at 10940 Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood.
Douglas Fine of Julien J. Studley's L.A. office, who represented the insurance brokerage firm, says the renewal expands the firm's office space to nearly 19,000 sf. Under terms of the agreement, EBI will continue to occupy the entire 17th floor of the 205,000-sf building and will expand onto half of the 10th floor in July 2005 when the space becomes available. The 10940 Wilshire Blvd. building is 98% leased and is owned by Equity Office Properties Trust, which was represented internally by David Hitzel.
