The project, called Circle 75, would include 10,000 sf of retail; 197 three-story townhomes; three six-story condominiums with 826 units and four five-story towers with 520 units. Completion is scheduled for 2014. Circle 75 is part of the Circle 75 Office Park started in 1984 by BF Saul at Circle 75 Parkway and Windy Hill Road.
About 70,000 workers commute daily to the Cumberland-Galleria office hub, according to the Atlanta Regional Commission which has approved the project. The developer now needs an OK from the Cobb County planning commission to rezone the property to office from office-institutional status.
