Summit also owns another of the assets, the 30,573-sf 1 Harvard Way, also in Hillsborough. The site is approved for construction of up to another 80,000 sf of space.

The second largest of the assignments recently picked up is 2 Industrial Way West, a 60,000-sf class A office building in Eatontown, which has space available on two floors. The other two buildings Shebey has picked up, meanwhile, are 971 Route 202 in Branchburg, an 8,300-sf office/medical building; and 3380 Route 22, also in Branchburg, a 7,500-sf warehouse owned by Crown Packaging LLC.

The final two assignments are land. One, a 5.34-acre parcel at the intersection of Old York Rd. and Route 22 in Branchburg, is zoned for office/research and available for sale. The other is a half-acre parcel on Route 202 in Branchburg, zoned commercial.
