The team highlighted 15 sales this year in its most recent report. Prices ranged from a low of $54.29 per rentable sf for the 169,445 sf in empty buildings at 325 and 352 Inverness to $193.62 per rentable sf for the 100% occupied, 128,500-sf building at 9201 E. Dry Creek Rd. All of the buildings sold for less than their replacement cost.

The team also noted it completed eight assignments in October for a total of 76,937 sf. Their transactions ranged from a 3,551-sf lease for North America Title at Belleview Corporate Plaza II to 22,356 sf for Stonecreek Funding at 4600 S. Syracuse St. In the first 10 months of the year, the CBRE team has completed 122 assignments for 962,174 sf.
