Stephen Perna, senior vice president of the Arden Group, the Philadelphia-based owner of the building, arranged the long-term lease on behalf of his firm. John Sarkisian, a vice president in the Marlton, NJ office of CB Richard Ellis, repped CDW. The aggregate rental "exceeds $1.8 million," according to Perna.
CDW's occupancy includes most of the 21,300-sf seventh floor of the asset, which has views of Downtown Philadelphia. Arden, which has acquired more than $750 million in properties in the past decade, bought 4 Echelon Plaza in 2001.
