Fremont representatives declined to disclose details of the lease. But area brokers, familiar with the Cypress Center submarket tell GlobeSt.com the lease was probably for a minimum five years at an effective rent of $20 per sf. That would make the total aggregate value of the lease about $5.5 million, according to area brokers.
