$23M Rental Project Completes Construction

Located at 70 Garth Rd. near the Scarsdale railroad station, Scarsdale Commons features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units, including penthouses with lofts. Garson Brothers officials say that the development offers Park Avenue-style design and amenities.

Rents start at $2,700 for a one-bedroom apartment; $3,700 for a two-bedroom; $5,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bath with loft; $6,150 for a three-bedroom, two-bath; and $9,500 for a 3,000-sf penthouse with three bedrooms, three-baths and a "bonus room."
