Work on this latest project, which will carry the address of 795 Cromwell Park Dr., is on target to reach completion sometime during the first quarter of next year. Last year, the company completed a similar structure, a 56,600-sf flex building at 797 Cromwell Blvd., for $3 million.

Located off I-97 near the Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Cromwell Business Park has already proven a popular destination. Current office tenants include Advance Technical Solutions, Concentra Health Services Inc., and Kuehne & Nagel Inc.; retail tenants include Subway, Dave's Ice Cream & Coffee World and Los Portales.
