COSTA MESA, CA-CommonWealth Partners of Los Angeles also has combined four separate office buildings into its new Pacific Arts Plaza. It plans a new 400,000-sf office building at the 19-acre site, but no schedule has been set for the new building's development.
CommonWealth Partners, which was founded in 1996, owns and manages a more than $1.5 billion in institutional-quality office properties across Southern California and the southwestern US.
