In another Anaheim deal brokered by Migliori, bass fishing tackle store Anglers Marine acquired a 13,500-sf industrial facility from Empire Demolition for $2.5 million in a 1031 exchange. Empire in turn purchased an8,000-sf facility in Chino. Migliori reports that Anglers Marine will occupy the concrete tilt-up structure on one acre at 1126 N. Fountain Way. AnglersMarine is also one of the West's leading boat dealerships. Meanwhile, Empire Demolition will occupy its new facility at 14945 La Palma Drive in Chino. Migliori represented Anglers Marine along with Scott Seal of GVA DAUM. Migliori also represented Empire Demolition.
In a Corona transaction, Kevin Chapin of NAI Capital Commercial reports that Option One Medical Equipment has leased a 36,634-sf industrial building at 830 Parkridge Ave. from Princeland Properties in a 10-year, $2.5 million deal. Chapin, who represented the medical firm, says will be relocating its corporate offices from Irvine as well as its Corona operations into the larger industrial facility within Corona that is located in the Parkridge Business Center.
The company will be doubling its size in Corona and will occupy the industrial building with ground floor warehouse space and two floors of offices for corporate offices as well as the sale and rental of home medical equipment. Princeland Properties was represented by Tim Hawke of Strata Realty.
