Voit notes that the Savi Ranch sale was one of a number of office building sales to close recently in Orange County, where two private individuals bought a 25,985-sf building at 125 Columbia in Aliso Viejo for $4.3 million. Jeff Mitchell of Voit's Irvine office represented the buyers, with seller North American Resort Properties Inc. represented by CB Richard Ellis.
In Santa Ana, the Lissoy Family Trust acquired an 8,762-sf building at 2922 Daimler St. from a private individual for $1.5 million, with John Collins of Voit's Irvine office representing the buyers and CB Richard Ellis representing the seller.
