The Hillwood project will include buildings ranging from 200,000 sf to 1.2 million sf on a 144-acre site at University Parkway and the 215 Freeway in San Bernardino. Hillwood Development purchased the land from Culligan for $5.8 million. Koenig, Consani and Boyd note that the property had been in escrow for more than two years as a result of major engineering and improvement issues that were resolved by buyer and seller.
