Mission Metals Relocates To Corona

In an Irvine industrial deal, CB Richard Ellis reports that two private individuals sold a 19,500-sf R&D building at 6 Chrysler to a private buyer doing business as NI &D Inc. for nearly $2.6 million. Jeff Carr and David Bolt of CBRE represented the seller, with John Collins and Steve Lane of Voit Commercial Brokerage representing the buyer.

CBRE was also the broker, this time on a lease, in a 109,000-sf transaction in Mira Loma. Edward Don & Co., a distributor of food service equipment and supplies that has been in business since 1921, relocated its West Coast distribution facility to Empire Business Center at 11145 Inland Ave. in an expansion from a 55,000-sf facility in Ontario. The CBRE team of Frank Geraci, Walt Chenoweth and Dan de la Paz represented the Don company in the five-year, $2.1 million lease. The landlord, TA Associates Realty, was represented by Ruben Goodsell and Peter McWilliams of Colliers Seeley International.
