The agreement of sale was brokered on behalf of the seller by Bill Goodwin, a senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, Philadelphia. David Ricci, a partner with the Flynn Co., also Philadelphia, repped Redi Plants in finalizing the transaction.
The building, which includes 700 sf of built-out office space, is situated on a 21.5-acre site near I-295 in South Jersey, within the Mid-Atlantic Corporate Center. The latter is a 645-acre, 15-building business park with a total of more than 930,000 sf of space, with multiple ownership.
Redi Plants, which distributes its products from Florida as far north as Pennsylvania, will use the building for warehousing and distribution. The asset is the company's first location in New Jersey.
