Cobb County commissioners have approved development plans for the Village at Old Trace, an estimated $15-million, 100,000-sf retail, office and residential venture scheduled to break ground in spring 2005 near Avenue West Cobb, about 10 miles from Downtown.
According to preliminary blueprints filed with the county, developers John and Rebecca Lambert, principals in Roswell-based Progressive Development Services, plan to build 60,000 sf of retail, 40,000 sf of office, two restaurants and seven residences on 18 acres at the corner of Dallas Highway and Old Trace Drive. Projected rents for the components are still being determined, area brokers tell GlobeSt.com.
