Well-known in local commercial real estate brokerage circles, Swann has participated in over $2 billion of equity, debt and investment sales transactions in his career to date. The transactions covered office, industrial, retail, multifamily and hotel properties.
Swann was a principal of portfolio management at Lend Lease. At Advantis, he will partner with Matt Tritschler, a former Grubb & Ellis Co. professional who joined Advantis last year. The Swann-Tritchler team will focus on all real estate markets. Advantis managing director Thad Ellis calls Swann "an outstanding addition" to the Investment Sales Group.
Swann is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics. He also attended the Wharton School of economics at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a master's degree in business administration and finance.
