The building was completed in 1970 and contains 19,100 sf of freezer space and a 13,702-sf, two-story office area. The building is within easy access of the Scranton Central Expressway, near Exit 53 of I 81 and the I81/I 84 interchange on a 7.3-acre site that is zoned light commercial.

It has a 22-foot clear ceiling, 20 tailgate truck loading doors with load levelers and 30- by 50-foot column spacing. It is of masonry block and insulated metal panel construction.

Bill Wolf, SVP, and John Morris, VP in the Allentown office of CB Richard Ellis, brokered the sale. The buyer is identified only as 501 South Washington Ave. Associates LLC.
