Ratkovich was represented by the Jones Lang LaSalle team of Lisa St. John, James Malone and Dan Baumeister, with John Eichler of Cushman & Wakefield representing Youssef. The Ratkovich Co. purchased 800 Wilshire in association with Prudential Real Estate Advisors in March for approximately $30 million. Wayne Ratkovich, president, says the new owners plan a major renovation of the property, which was built in 1971 and is 82% leased. Plans call for renovation of the main lobby, the parking garage lobby and other public areas of the building beginning next year.
