CBRE reports that the insurer will occupy space on the ninth through the 12th floors of the class A development at 655 N. Central Ave., where UnumProvident has been a tenant since the project opened in 2000.
The CBRE team of Nick Christensen, Doug Marlow and Gunter Prentner represented the tenant in conjunction with Trammell Crow Co.'s Kemp Conrad and Jonathan Larsen. The landlord, Glendale Plaza Realty Holding Co., was represented by Scott Crawshaw and Brad Cox of Trammell Crow. The 25-story Glendale Plaza was developed in 1999 and at the time was the first speculative office project built in Glendale in about eight years.
